Store pickup is free of charge. We will send you an email notifying you of the arrival of the product at the chosen store. The product may remain in the store for a maximum of 14 days.
For collection, the owner or an authorized person may go to one of our available boutiques, presenting the ID card and the purchase confirmation email.

The order can be sent as a gift to another person by indicating it in the purchase process.
If you wish to make a return, you have 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item. Please note that only returns of products purchased in our online boutique are allowed.
For purchases made after November 19, we extend our returns period until January 10, 2024.

Pick up at home - Purchase from Suarez account (registered)
Log in to your customer area, access the My Orders section, select the item you wish to return.
Prepare the package using the original packaging or any other box, print the DHL label and attach it to the outside of the package. A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.
Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method within a maximum period of 14 days.
Pick up at home - Purchase as a guest
Contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at atc@joyeriasuarez.com to indicate:

Returns will not be accepted if the jewel has already been modified: size adjustments different from 13 and/or engraving of the same. Remember that the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, well protected.
Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

Once we receive your return and check that everything is correct, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on the bank.
If you do not like a piece of jewelry and want to exchange it for another one, you will have to return it and place a new order for the piece of jewelry you like.
If a piece of jewelry does not fit your size, it can be modified under budget or under warranty if it is the first adjustment.
Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to cancel it. You will be able to return it, once you have received it.
