What are the shipping costs for an order?

Shipping costs are free of charge for all countries within the European Union. For shipments to countries outside the European Union the shipping cost will be 25 euros.

We will send you two emails: the first one notifying you of the confirmation of the purchase and the second one when it leaves our warehouse, indicating the tracking number of the transport company in charge.

Store pick-up (C&C)

5 - 7 working days*.

Store pickup is free of charge. We will send you an email notifying you of the arrival of the product at the chosen store. The product may remain in the store for a maximum of 14 days.

For collection, the owner or an authorized person may go to one of our available boutiques, presenting the ID card and the purchase confirmation email.

 

What is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your address, item availability, customization and choice of size:

  • Jewelry without personalization. From 5 to 7 days.
  • Wedding rings. From 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Jewelry engraving. 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Rings other than size 13. From 4 to 16 weeks.
  • Sur Mesure jewelry. Time to consult.

Can the order be sent to another person?

The order can be sent as a gift to another person by indicating it in the purchase process.

 

RETURNS

What is the deadline for making a return?

For purchases made after November 18: We have extended the return period until January 10. Please note that returns are only allowed for products purchased in our online boutique.

If your purchase is before November 18:

If you wish to make a return, you have 30 calendar days counting from the day you receive the item. Please note that returns are only allowed for products purchased in our online boutique.

All returns are free of charge.

 

How is a refund processed?

There are several options for processing a refund:

Boutique Suarez

You can go to any of our authorized boutiques and deposit your jewelry there.

We will reimburse you in the same payment method within 14 days.

Pick up at home - Purchase from Suarez account (registered)

Log in to your customer area, access the My Orders section, select the item you wish to return.

Prepare the package using the original packaging or any other box, print the DHL label and attach it to the outside of the package. A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method within a maximum period of 14 days.

Pick up at home - Purchase as a guest

Contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at atc@joyeriasuarez.com to indicate:

  • Order number
  • Postal address where the order is to be picked up

Prepare the package using the original packaging or any other box, print the DHL label and attach it to the outside of the package. A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method within a maximum period of 14 days.

Returns will not be accepted if the jewel has already been modified: size adjustments different from 13 and/or engraving of the same. Remember that the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, well protected.

 

How to prepare the return package?

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

It is necessary to print the DHL label provided by Customer Service.

 

What are the costs of a return?

All returns are free of charge.

 

How long does it take to receive the reimbursement?

Once we receive your return and check that everything is correct, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on the bank.

 

Is it possible to request a change?

If you do not like a piece of jewelry and want to exchange it for another one, you will have to return it and place a new order for the piece of jewelry you like.

If a piece of jewelry does not fit your size, it can be modified under budget or under warranty if it is the first adjustment.

Can I cancel an order?

Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to cancel it. You will be able to return it, once you have received it.

 

How to check the status of an order?

If you have placed the order from your account, you will be able to see the status from "Orders". You will also receive an email from the shipping company with the shipping code to check it from their website.

If you have placed the order as a guest, you will be able to check its status once you receive the email from the shipping company with the shipping code to check it from their website. This email usually arrives within 24 working hours after the purchase.

How does financing work with Sequra?

This is an interest-free monthly installment payment (0% APR). For financing, you will need your ID card, cell phone number and a card to make the purchase.

Sequra gives you the possibility to:

  • Split the payment in 3, 6, 12 or 18 months without any additional cost.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing the order.
  • Advance the total or partial payment whenever you wish.
 

How does financing work with Klarna?

Payment in 3 interest-free installments (0% APR). For financing, you will need your ID card, cell phone number and a card to make the purchase.

Klarna gives you the possibility to:

  • Automatically split the payment into 3 installments.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing the order, the next two installments will be charged automatically every 30 days.
 

If the purchase amount is over 1000€, is it necessary to send any documentation?

At the end of the purchase we will send you an email informing you that, in order to process the order, it is necessary to send a copy of your ID card on both sides in color due to the law of prevention of money laundering.

If you have Spanish nationality, remember that the only valid document for this purpose is the DNI (National Identity Card), and a passport is not acceptable.

 

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

If the order exceeds €1,000, you will have to provide the following additional documentation:

  • Deeds of incorporation, modification, etc., in which your name, legal form, domicile and corporate purpose are reliably stated.
  • Tax identification card or NIF.
  • Accreditation of the powers of the persons acting on its behalf, exclusively through a public deed.
  • Identification documents of the attorneys-in-fact.

In-store financing and El Corte Inglés Card

In the store, you can choose between different financing options depending on what best suits your needs:

- Sequra: Offers direct financing through the store, allowing you to pay in installments. (Read the Sequra section).

- ECI Card: Allows you to finance your purchases without interest.

Please note that these options cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions, such as the 10% discount on Selected Suarez products. This means that you will have to choose only one advantage: the convenience of financing or the immediate discount.
